c) A specimen copy of standard general conditions, supplementary conditions, and <br />front end documents including applicable prevailing wage rates will be furnished <br />to Engineer by the City for incorporation in the specifications for the proposed <br />Project. <br />1.7.3 Coordinate plan development with the utility relocation plans of all affected utilities. The <br />Engineer will maintain a record of all utility contacts and submit them to the City. The Engineer <br />will arrange all necessary utility coordination meetings and provide plans sheets as needed to the <br />utilities. Submit one (1) set of final plans to each affected utility for comment. Engineer will <br />provide each utility with a copy of any sheets changed during the Final Plan review process for <br />comment. <br />1.7.4 Prior to the actual printing and delivery of the final plans and specifications, submit three <br />(3) paper copies and one (1) Adobe Acrobat PDF file copy of the plans, two (2) paper copies and <br />one (1) Adobe Acrobat PDF file copy of the specifications, and two (2) paper copies and one (1) <br />Adobe Acrobat PDF file copy of the proposal to the City for approval or correction as may be <br />deemed necessary. If the plans as submitted by Engineer for final review are deemed by the City <br />to be incomplete and another review is justified, Engineer will make the corrections as specified <br />and resubmit one (1) set of revised sheets only and one (1) complete set of Adobe Acrobat PDF <br />files for this review. Engineer will bear the expense of the additional set of revised sheets and <br />PDF files required for this review. <br />1.7.5 Furnish as a part of Engineer's basic fee not more than ten (10) sets of bidding <br />documents. Provide specifications and proposals in one PDF file separate from the plans. <br />1.7.6 The Engineer will provide an index of plan sheets and the Itemized Bid Form in a <br />Microsoft Word format. The Bid Form will have the format, item number, quantities, item <br />description, and price extensions locked so that the bidders cannot change them. <br />1.7.7 Attend aPre-Bid Conference with the City representatives and prospective bidders. <br />1.8 TASK 6 -BIDDING AND CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION <br />The Construction phase of this Project will commence with the award of the construction <br />contract and will terminate when the Project is accepted by the City.
