The CONSULTANT will present <br />the findings and recommendations of the plan process to the City Council and appropriate <br />boards and commissions. <br />RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CITY <br />In conjunction with and for the completion of the professional services detailed below, the <br />City agrees to complete the following tasks: <br />1) Provide a project coordinator to work with the CONSULTANT during the development <br />of the project. <br />2) Provide a timely review of materials and presentations in advance of project meetings. <br />3) Attendance at all requested project meetings. <br />4) Provide existing data related to the project and described in following tasks. <br />5) Provide native file versions (MS Word, AutoCAD, etc.) for existing City design <br />manuals, standard details, specifications, or similar documents. <br />6) Assist in developing a list of project stakeholders, regional agencies, and the Study <br />Oversight Committee. <br />7) Attend Regional Agency Coordination and Study Oversight Committee meetings and <br />secure a facility for hosting meetings. <br />8) Attend public meetings and stakeholder meetings, held at facilities within the City of <br />San Marcos or virtually. <br />9) Obtain facilities for public involvement activities and assist in the <br />coordination/reservation of space for pop-up events. <br />SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY KIMLEY-HORN <br />This project will be divided into eleven tasks: <br />Task 1: Project Management <br />Task 2: Stakeholder Coordination & Public Participation <br />Task 3: Data Collection & Needs Assessment <br />Task 4: Modeling, Mapping, Cross Sections, and Intersection Bottlenecks <br />Task 5: Transportation Design Criteria Manual Updates <br />Task 6: Multimodal Transportation System Alternatives <br />Task 7: Rough Proportionality Assessment <br />Task 8: Tools and CIP Development <br />Task 9: Plan Refinement <br />Task 10: Transportation Master Plan Document <br />Task 11: Additional Services <br />City of San Marcos Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. <br />TMP Exhibit B Scope of Services Page 2 August 21, 2025 <br />
