The CONSULTANT assumes two (2) in -person half -day workshops <br />to review the detailed recommendations. Recommendations may include, as <br />appropriate, examples from other municipalities, best practices from example <br />projects, or criteria or standards from other manuals. <br />Deliverables: Staff Workshops (2), Matrix (Excel format) outlining <br />recommendations to add, remove, or modify content. <br />5.2 Design Criteria Manual Development <br />The CONSULTANT will draft the updated TDCM based on feedback received in <br />Task 5.1. The CONSULTANT will prepare a redlined version of the document <br />tracking all revisions made. The CONSULTANT will address two (2) rounds of <br />comments from City Staff. The CONSULTANT will attend up to two (2) in -person <br />meetings to review staff comments. <br />The CONSULTANT will prepare a final revised version of the TDCM based on staff <br />comments. The CONSULTANT will attend up to two (2) in -person meetings with <br />the City Council, boards, and/or commissions for the potential adoption of the new <br />TDCM. <br />The CONSULTANT assumes approximately 250 hours for this task. Updates <br />requiring additional work will be conducted as Additional Services. <br />Deliverables: Redlined version of revised TDCM, draft and final versions of <br />revised TDCM, attendance at specified meetings <br />5.3 Standard Detail Development <br />The CONSULTANT will develop content for a standard detail for installation of bus <br />stop. The standard detail will include dimensions for concrete pad, landing area, <br />bench, shelter, clear space, waste container, sidewalk, and curb. <br />The CONSULTANT will address up to two (2) rounds of comments from City Staff <br />Deliverables: Draft and final versions of standard detail in PDF and OpenRoads <br />DGN format <br />6. MULTIMODAL TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM ALTERNATIVES <br />This task will build upon the needs assessment in Task 3 by developing a <br />prioritized plan for a complete and connected network bike infrastructure, <br />sidewalks, greenways, trails, and natural corridors for pedestrians and cyclists in <br />the City.
