PART 2. The City of San Marcos authorizes the City Manager, or her designee, to <br />execute all contracts and agreements with TXDOT as necessary to seek the reimbursement from <br />TXDOT and to execute the attached Designation of Sponsor's Authorized Representative <br />designating Shaun Condor, P.E. — Director of Engineering as the City of San Marcos authorized <br />representative for the project who has the authority to make approvals and disapprovals as required <br />for the project on behalf of the City of San Marcos. <br />PART 23 This resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately from and after <br />its passage. <br />ADOPTED on October 8, 2025. <br />Jane Hughson <br />Mayor <br />Attest: <br />Elizabeth Trevino <br />City Clerk, <br />
