"City" shall mean the City of San Marcos, Texas <br />2. "Developer" shall mean Harris Hill Residential Land Holdings, Ltd. and/or its successors <br />and assigns <br />3. "Hopson Parcel" shall mean a 67.94 acre tract of land currently located within the City of <br />San Marcos Extraterritorial Jurisdiction, generally east of Harris Hill Road. <br />4. "Nicolai Reuben Parcel" or "Nicolia Parcel" shall mean a 311.9 acre tract of land currently <br />located within the City of San Marcos Extraterritorial Jurisdiction, generally east of Harris <br />Hill Road. <br />5. "NOB Parcel" shall mean a 216.1 acre tract of land currently located within the City of <br />San Marcos City Limits, generally north of the Blanco River and west of Harris Hill Road. <br />6. "Project" shall consist of the approximately 595.94 acres as described in Exhibit A and <br />illustrated in Exhibit B <br />7. "Improvements" shall refer to the construction projects to be funded by the Public <br />Improvement District ("PID") <br />Definitions shall be effective in every instance regardless of capitalization. <br />PID Petition 12 <br />
