LABORSTANDARDS <br />TheContractoragreestocomplywiththerequirementsoftheSecretaryofLaborinaccordance <br />withtheDavisBaconActasamended,theprovisionsofContractWorkHoursandSafetyStandards <br />Act(40U.S.C.327 etseq.)andallotherapplicableFederal,stateandlocallawsandregulations <br />pertainingtolaborstandardsinsofarasthoseactsapplytotheperformanceofthisAgreement. <br />TheContractoragreestocomplywiththeCopelandAntiKickBackAct(18U.S.C.874 etseq.)and <br />itsimplementingregulationsoftheU.S.DepartmentofLaborat29CFRPart5.TheContractorshall <br />maintaindocumentationthatdemonstratescompliancewithhourandwagerequirementsofthis <br />part.SuchdocumentationshallbemadeavailabletotheCityforreviewuponrequest. <br />TheContractoragreesthat,exceptwithrespecttotherehabilitationorconstructionofresidential <br />propertycontaininglessthaneight(8)units,allcontractorsengagedundercontractsinexcessof <br />$2,000.00forconstruction,renovationorrepairworkfinancedinwholeorinpartwithassistance <br />providedunderthiscontract,shallcomplywithFederalrequirementsadoptedbytheCity <br />pertainingtosuchcontractsandwiththeapplicablerequirementsoftheregulationsofthe <br />DepartmentofLabor,under29CFRParts1,3,5and7governingthepaymentofwagesandratio <br />ofapprenticesandtraineestojourneyworkers;providedthat,ifwagerateshigherthanthose <br />requiredundertheregulationsareimposedbystateorlocallaw,nothinghereunderisintended <br />torelievetheContractorofitsobligation,ifany,torequirepaymentofthehigherwage.The <br />Contractorshallcauseorrequiretobeinsertedinfull,inallsuchcontractssubjecttosuch <br />regulations,provisionsmeetingtherequirementsofthisparagraph. <br />d. USEOFASSETSANDASSETREVERSION <br />CityassetsusedbytheContractorduringthecontractshallbegivenbacktotheCityatthe <br />conclusionofthecontract. <br />e. PROGRAMINCOME <br />TheCitywillacceptandreportprogramincometothefederalgovernment. <br />f. FEDERALFUNDINGANDACCOUNTABILITYTRANSPARENCYACT(FFATA) <br />Contractsequaltoorgreaterthan$25,000mustbeenteredintotheFederalServiceReporting <br />System.ContractorinformationisneededtocompletethecompliancereportingfortheFederal <br />FundingandAccountabilityTransparencyAct.TheContractorwillcompletetheFederalFunding <br />andAccountabilityTransparencyActformattachedtothisContract. <br />REV06.22.22Page5of7 <br />Page 28 of 44 <br /> <br />
