HISTORICPRESERVATION <br />TheContractoragreestocomplywiththeHistoricPreservationrequirementssetforthintheNational <br />HistoricPreservationActof1966,asamended(16U.S.C.470)andtheproceduressetforthin36CFR <br />Part800,AdvisoryCouncilonHistoricPreservationProceduresforProtectionofHistoricProperties, <br />insofarastheyapplytotheperformanceofthisagreement. <br />Ingeneral,thisrequiresconcurrencefromtheStateHistoricPreservationOfficerforallrehabilitation <br />anddemolitionofhistoricpropertiesthatarefiftyyearsoldorolderorthatareincludedonaFederal, <br />state,orlocalhistoricpropertylist. <br />k.RELIGIOUSACTIVITIES <br />TheContractoragreesthatfundsprovidedunderthisAgreementwillnotbeutilizedforinherently <br />religiousactivitiesprohibitedby24CFR570.200(G),suchasworship,religiousinstruction,or <br />proselytization.Theacquisition,construction,orrehabilitationofstructuresusedforinherently <br />religiousactivitiesisnotallowableunderthisprogram. <br />l.
