Box 17300 <br />Fort worth, Tetras 76102-0300 <br />Dear Colonel Minahan : <br />I have reviewed the drag Prelimin Restoration Reporti!for the Section 206 <br />Aquatic Ecosystem Restoration San Marcos, Hays County, Texas; and support the <br />identified recorn wended pro - * ect: 1 have also reviewed. the. modef of the Project . <br />Cooperation Agreement, understand and accept its provisions including co st- sharing, <br />operation and maintenance responsibilities, and now state the int!ant of the City of San <br />Marcos to participate hi the implementation of the recommended project. <br />i further ackno- wledge the current estimate total project cost of $3,658,791, of <br />which the City of Sari Marcos will be responsible for S 1 ,280,577. The City of San <br />Marcos will contribute: 50 acres - valued at S900,000, and work-in-kind valued at <br />$400,000. Work -in -kind consists of purchase of materials, such is plants, tools, scuba <br />gear, and a vacaum truck; as well as project labor and monitoring.
