Docusign Envelope ID: 2F654578-C37A-44A0-A108-8F69400F3C73 <br />e) The Contractor has correlated the results of all such observations, examinations, investigations, <br />tests, reports, and studies with the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents; and <br />f) The Contractor has given the Engineer written notice of all conflicts, omissions, errors, or <br />discrepancies discovered in the contract documents and the written response or resolution of the issue by <br />Engineer is acceptable to the Contractor. <br />Section 5. By signing below as an authorized signer, the Contractor certifies to the accuracy and <br />compliance with all assurances stated on the Statement of Bidder's Qualification and Assurances form to <br />include the following. Contractor accepts that failure to maintain the requirements under these provisions <br />will be considered a material breach. <br />a) Chapter 2271 and 808, Texas Government Code Prohibition on Contracts with Companies <br />Boycotting Israel. <br />b) Section 2252 of the Texas Government Code — Prohibition on Contracts with Companies that do <br />Business with Iran, Sudan, or Foreign Terrorist Organizations. <br />c) Section 2275 of the Texas Government Code - Prohibition on Contracts with Certain Foreign - <br />Owned Companies. <br />d) Section 2274 of the Texas Government Code - Prohibition on Contracts with Companies that <br />Discriminate Against Firearm and Ammunition Industries. <br />e) Section 2276 of the Texas Government Code - Prohibition on Contracts with Companies <br />Boycotting Certain Energy Companies <br />Section 6. By signing below, the Contractor hereby certifies that it will not discriminate in <br />employment and in subcontracts based on race, color, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, <br />sex, age, disability or economic condition. Further, the Contractor prohibits retaliation, discharge, or <br />discrimination against any employee or applicant for employment or against any subcontractor or supplier. <br />Section 7. This Agreement binds the Owner, the Contractor, and their successors, assigns, and <br />legal representatives.
