By signing below as an authorized signer, the Contractor certifies to the accuracy and <br />compliance with all assurances stated on the Statement of Bidder's Qualification and Assurances form to <br />include the following. By signing below, the Contractor hereby certifies that it will not discriminate in <br />employment and in subcontracts based on race, color, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, <br />sex, age, disability or economic condition. Further, the Contractor prohibits retaliation, discharge, or <br />discrimination against any employee or applicant for employment or against any subcontractor or supplier. <br />Section 7. This Agreement binds the Owner, the Contractor, and their successors, assigns, and <br />legal representatives.
