After reviewing the materials provided by the city <br />and including the additional areas acquired during this past year, the following <br />information is provided for your review and consideration. <br /> <br />LOCATION <br />Creeks! channels <br />R.O.W.'s and Alleyways <br />Downtown Areas <br />Gary Park Softball Fields <br />Gary Park Soccer Fields <br />Little League Fields <br />Flowerbeds (various locations) <br /> <br />CYCLES <br />3 times per year (Decemb~r, April, and July) <br />4 times per year (February, April, June, August) <br />12 times per year (once each month) <br />2 tìmes each week (not to exceed 64 cycles! year) <br />2 times each week (not to exceed 64 cycles! year) <br />2 times each week (not to exceed 64 cycles/ year) <br />as requested (based on man-hours worked) <br /> <br />The price to provide vegetation control and debris removal at the above level of service is <br />$299,306.00 annually. In addition, we will chip all wooded material at the city's compost <br />site (40-acre) and make use of the existing roll-off container cuITently provided by the <br />city. However, should we have to haul materials to another private location for disposal; <br />the city will be billed at a rate of $12.50 per cubic yard. The above schedule for work is <br />tentative. Should you wish to modify the months in which certain areas of work are tobe <br />perfonned, we can adjuslour schedule to meet your needs. <br /> <br /> <br />,.
