Potential supplies and <br />items for crime victims, including child car seats, emergency hotel stays, emergency <br />transportation needs (e.g., bus fare, rideshare, taxi), emergency utility assistance, emergency <br />food assistance, and emergency vehicle repairs. <br />Amount Requested: $5,500 <br />6. Blue Angels Law Enforcement Emergency Community Needs Program <br />The Blue Angels Program provides immediate, compassionate support to individuals and <br />families in the community who are experiencing unexpected emergencies while in our <br />community. Administered through the police department, this program allows officers to respond <br />not only with enforcement but with meaningful assistance that addresses urgent, real -world <br />needs. These are usually non -criminal, non-compensable situations that often fall outside the <br />scope of traditional police services but have a direct impact on public safety, dignity, and well- <br />being. Potential items needed Emergency hotel stays for displaced individuals or families, fuel <br />for vehicles, assistance for stranded motorists, minor vehicle repairs to restore mobility, childcare <br />items for families in crisis, immediate food assistance, emergency transportation needs (e.g., bus <br />fare, rideshare, taxi) <br />Amount Requested: $5,000 <br />Total $25,500 <br />
