Legal Description: Millview Addition, Lot 19R • <br />SECTION 2. The Official Zoning Map of the City, as described in Section 4.1.2.2 of the <br />City Land Development Code, is amended to rezone the tract of property described below from <br />Single-Family Residential District (SF-6) to Public and Institutional (P). <br />Street address: 108 Eastwood Street and 117 Meiners <br />Size: 0.4775 acres and 0.5043 acres <br />Legal Description: Lots 7, 8 and 19R Millview Addition to San Marcos, Texas <br />SECTION 3. After its original passage, this ordinance will be subject to reconsideration <br />at the next regular City Council Meeting. If this ordinance is not reconsidered at the next regular <br />City Council Meeting, it shall become effective immediately.
