Hopkins Street, San Marcos, Hays County, TX 78666 <br /> <br />Consideration: Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration. <br /> <br />Easement Area: All of the 1.941 acre, more or less, tract ofland out ofthe J.M Veramendi Lèague No.2, <br />in the City of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, as described more specifically in the metes and bounds <br />description attached as "Parcej 6" <br /> <br />Reservations From and Exceptions to Conveyance and Warranty: <br /> <br />Grantor, for the consideration, grants, sells and conveys to the Grantee an easement for public right-of-way, <br />utility (including, without limitation, water, wastewater, natural gas, cable, electric, communications or other <br />character of utility) and drainage purposes within, across, through and over the Easement Area, together with <br />the right to construct, place, install, reconstruct, replace, alter, excavate, fill, operate and maintain street, <br />sidewalk, roadway, bridge, trail, utility and drainage improvements, and all associated equipment, facilities <br />and appurtenances upon, over, across, through and under the Easement Area, and the free and uninterrupted <br />rights of the Grantee and the public for access and thoroughfare within, across, through and over the Easement <br />Area at all times, to have and to hold it to Grantee and Grantee's successors or assigns forever.
