Hopkins Street, San Marcos, Hays County, TX 78666 <br /> <br />Consideration: Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration. <br /> <br />Easement Area: All of the 0.098 acre, more or less, tract ofland out of the J.M Veramendi League No, 2, <br />in the City of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, as described more specifically in the metes and bounds <br />description attached as "Parcel 7" <br /> <br />Reservations From and Exceptions to Conveyance and Warranty: <br /> <br />Grantor, for the consideration, grants, seIls and conveys to the Grantee an easement for pubJic drainage <br />. <br />purposes within, across, through and over the Easement Area, together with the right to construct, place, <br />install, reconstruct, replace, alter, excavate, fill, operate and maintain drainage improvements, and all <br />associated equipment, facilities and appurtenances upon, over, across, through and under the Easement Area, <br />and the free and uninterrupted right of the Grantee for access within, across, through and over the Easement <br />Area at all times for purposes of operating and maintaining the drainage improvements, to have and to hold <br />it to Grantee and Grantee's successors or assigns forever.
