C. The cost for this service will be included in the cost per month per residential unit for basic residential service. 1.3.4 Residential Unit Yard Waste A. The Contractor will provide curbside collection service for the collection of yard waste and tree trimmings (bundled and tied cut in 4 foot lengths not exceeding 35 pounds per bundle) from each residential unit two times per month on the same day as the regular scheduled solid waste collection. The Contractor will provide the City and all residential customers with a schedule of collection dates B. Collection will be on the basis of advance customer calls to the City. C. The Contractor will make available one day per month for residential customers to transport and deposit yard waste at the Contractor's landfill facility for no additional fee. Yard waste will be limited to 5 cubic yards per customer per month and will exclude commercial generated yard waste. The Contractor will verify eligible customers by utility bill or other means acceptable to the City. The Contractor may refuse to accept any yard waste contaminated with other solid waste debris, in which case they will notify the City of reasons for rejection. D. The cost for this service will be included in the cost per month per residential unit for basic residential service. 1.3.5 City Services and Special Events A. The Contractor will provide solid waste collection services to all City buildings, special events, downtown containers, and the household hazardous waste facility.
