The EDC and the Chamber shall provide a written report to the City Council monthly on <br />all issues related to economic development, with a copy to the City Manager. The report shall <br /> <br />describe EDC and Chamber activity related to economic development in the preceding month, and <br />shall include the following information: <br /> <br />I. List of new prospect contacts. <br />2. List of pending prospects with status of each. <br /> <br />3. Summary description of staff activity. <br /> <br />Page 3 <br />
