e � (1 <br />1, Inventory of Personal Property. The Association has compiled an inventory <br />of all items of personal property located in or about the Cabin, including an item <br />description, inventory number, name of owner and approximate value. The Association <br />agrees to provide a copy of this inventory to the City Parks and Recreation Department, <br />and to continually update this inventory as items are added or removed during the term of <br />this agreement. <br />7. Nondiscrimination. In all matters connected with this agreement, the <br />Association shall not discriminate against any person because of race, creed, ethnic origin, <br />sex, or physical disability. <br />S. Utilities. The City will provide necessary utilities for the operation of the Cabin. <br />9. Insurance. The Association agrees to purchase, maintain and keep in force, at <br />its own expense, property insurance in an amount to protect the value of all personal <br />property contents of the Cabin. The City shall not be responsible for any damage or loss to <br />any personal property contents of the Cabin. The City agrees to assume responsibility for <br />casualty loss to the Cabin structure, and the City agrees to reconstruct or repair damage to <br />the Cabin structure within a reasonable time of its occurrence. The Association agrees to <br />immediately notify the City of any occurrence of damage or casualty loss upon the <br />premises of the Cabin. <br />10. Term. This agreement will take effect on signature of both parties. The term <br />of this agreement shall continue in force indefinitely unless A) either party defaults by <br />failing to comply with any provision of this agreement, and fails to cure the default within <br />thirty days of written notice to do so from the other party, in which event this agreement <br />will terminate on the last day of the notice period, or B) one party terminates this <br />agreement after providing the other party with six months advance written notice of intent <br />to terminate this agreement. <br />2 <br />
