RESOLUTION NO. 2026-48R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, AWARDING A CONTRACT TO UNITY <br /> CONTRACTOR SERVICES, INC., FOR THE THORPE LANE <br /> SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, TO RECONSTRUCT <br /> EXISTING SIDEWALKS AND DRIVEWAYS ALONG THORPE LANE, <br /> IN THE AMOUNT OF $520,706.71; AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br /> MANAGER, OR HER DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT ON <br /> BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. A Construction Contract is hereby awarded to Unity Contractor Services, Inc., <br /> (Contract No. 2026-038), for the reconstruction of existing sidewalks and driveways along <br /> Thrope Lane, between Hopkins Street and Aquarena Springs Drive, in the amount of <br /> $520,720.71 is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, or her designee, is authorized to execute the contract <br /> on behalf of the city. <br /> PART 3.
