He stated the citizens of this area have been <br />a great asset to the City and he hates to see them go. <br /> <br />Mayor Habingreither introduced for consideration two appointments to the <br />Youth Commission. Mayor Habingreither moved to appoint Sherri Benn as the <br />Texas State University-San Marcos representative, which passed <br />unanimously. The remaining appointment will be rescheduled. <br /> <br />Mayor Habingreither introduced for consideration one appointment to the <br />Human Services Advisory Board. Ms. Narvaiz requested this appointment be <br />
