Signage. Signage shall be provided in accordance with Chapter 6, Article 3, <br />Signs, of the City of San Marcos Land Development Code. Specific design criteria will <br />be developed to establish a consistent project style. <br />4.10. Maximum Impervious Coverage. The maximum impervious coverage <br />permitted on the Project Site shall be 88% (including buildings, sidewalks, parking <br />structures, etc.). Streetscape. The streetscape improvements are intended to be public spaces <br />for public interaction.
