THENCE leaving the State of Texas 1.277 acre tract, Lot 1, Section One, Interpark East, and the PLACE OF BEGINNING with the common southeast line of the State of Texas 0.150 acre tract and Interstate Highway No. 35 and northwest line of the remaining portion of the Milligan 208 foot by 516 foot tract and the RVSM, Inc. 0.789 acre tract and Lot 2~A, SB&K Joint Venture Subdivision, Section I being with a right-breaking curve having the following characteristics: central angle = 02° 41' 52", radius = 3769.72 feet, arc length = 177.50 feet and a chord which bears N 38° 01' 20" E 177.48 feet to a calculated point within a 7" treated sign post for the east comer of the State of Texas 0.150 acre tract and intersection of the southeast line of Interstate Highway No. 35 and southeast line of Uhland Road, a roadway used by the public; THENCE leaving the State of Texas 0.150 acre tract and Interstate Highway No. 35 with the common northwest line of the RVSM, Inc. 0.789 acre tract and Lot 2-A, SB&K Joint Venture Subdivision, Section 1 and southeast line of Uhland Road, N 46° 24' 56" E 12.47 feet to a calculated point within a utility pole for the north comer of the RVSM, Inc. 0.789 acre tract and the northerly west exterior comer of Lot 2-A; THENCE leaving the RVSM 0.789 acre tract with the common northwest line of Lot 2-A, SB&K Joint Venture Subdivision, Section I and southeast line of Uhland Road, N 62° 37' 36" E 225.16 feet to a 3/4" iron pipe found for the westerly north exterior comer of this tract and Lot 2- A, SB&K Joint Venture Subdivision, Section 1 and west comer of that tract described as 0.175 acres in a deed from Martha Louise Milligan Kaiser to Marcus C.
