THENCE with the curving southeast line of United Drive and the southeast line of that tract dedicated for additional right-of-way as shown on the plat of SB&K Joint Venture Subdivision recorded in Volume 10, Page 236 of the Hays County Plat Records with a left-breaking curve having the characteristics: central angle = 1800 31' 44", radius = 50.00 feet, arc length = 140.09 feet, and a chord which bears N 48° 53' 06" E 98.56 feet to a 1/2" iron rod set; THENCE continuing with the southeast line of United Drive with a right-breaking curve having the characteristics: central angle = 70° 31' 44", radius = 25.00 feet, arc length = 30.77 feet, and a chord which bears N 03 ° 53' 06" E 28.87 feet to a 1/2" iron rod set; THENCE with the southeast line of United Drive and northwest line of Lot 2-A, N 39° 08' 58" E 245.81 feet to a 1/2" iron rod found the southwest line of that tract described as 1.53 acres in a deed from Charlie H. Milligan et ux to Cristobal E. Luna et ux dated September 1, 1970 and recorded in Volume 239, Page 52 of the Hays County Deed Records for the east corner of United Drive and a north corner of Lot 2-A; THENCE leaving United Drive with the common southwest line of the Luna 1.53 acre tract and northeast line of Lot 2-A, S 52° 21' 18" E 121.04 feetto a 1/2" iron rod found; THENCE continuing with the common west line of Lot 2-A and southwest and east lines of the Luna 1.53 acre tract, the following two courses: 1. S 520 33' 05" E 187.70 feet to a 1/2" iron rod found for an interior comer in the west line of Lot 2-A and the southeast corner of the Luna 1.53 acre tract and 2. N 19° 08' 09" W 436.77 feet to a 1/2" iron rod found for a northwest comer of Lot 2-A and southwest comer of a 20 foot wide strip dedicated for Uhland Road widening by the plat of SB&K Joint Venture Subdivision recorded in Volume 4, Page 138 of the Hays County Plat Records; THENCE leaving the Luna 1.53 acre tract with the Common north and northeast line of Lot 2-A, SB&K Joint Venture Subdivision, Section 1 and south and southwest line of Uhland Road and the 20 foot wide strip, the following four courses: 1. S 85° 09' 57" E 40.62 feet to a 1/2" iron rod found for an angle point, 2. S 70° 32' 52" E 117.66 feet to a 1/2" iron rod found for an angle point, 3. S 66° 10' 47" E 572.81 feet to a 1/2" iron rod set for an angle point, and 4. S 67° 03' 20" E 126.93 feet to a 1/2" iron rod found in the northwest line of Lot I-A, Melrose Addition as recorded in Volume 10, Page 139 of the Hays County Plat Records for the east corner of this description and Lot 2-A, SB&K Joint Venture Subdivision, Section 1 and the southeast corner of the 20 foot wide strip, from which a 1/2" iron rod found with a plastic cap stamped "Byrn Survey" for the north corner of Lot I-A, Melrose Addition bears N 42° 43' 30" E 2.28 feet;
