authorities having jurisdiction over the Project. <br />1.1.3 Perform general administrative duties associated with the project, including <br />monitoring/reporting, scheduling, general correspondence, office administration, and invoicing, <br />to include: <br />a) Prepare and submit monthly progress reports and interim reports every two weeks <br />to the City; <br />b) Maintain an "issues list" identifying date issues became known, person <br />responsible for solution, date solution will be provided, and final resolution of the <br />issue;. <br />c) Participate in meetings with the City including: <br />i. Initial kickoff meeting. <br />ii. Progress meetings at draft and final Preliminary Engineering <br />stages; and <br />iii. Progress meetings at 30, 60, 90 and 100% design milestones. <br />d) Participate in meetings with other agencies, as required. <br />e) Participate in public meetings with neighborhood groups and other interested <br />parties <br />1.1.4 Coordinate all design with adjoining project(s) to ensure consistency and compatibility. <br />1.1.5 Coordinate with the City to complete the design work in an orderly manner in accordance <br />with a schedule submitted by the Engineer and approved by the City <br />1.1.6 Prepare monthly reports for submission to the City and all requests for payment. The <br />Engineer will account for charges by task and will bill the City on a monthly basis. <br />1.1.7 Use MicroStation to fully develop any drawings. The Engineer will develop CADD <br />drawings to be compatible with City standards and will furnish a computer graphics file of final <br />drawings. <br />1.1.8 Meet and/or communicate with the City's Project Manager periodically or as needed to <br />brief the City on the progress of work. <br />1.1.9 Head the Project team and coordinate the integration of design, surveying, geotechnical <br />investigations, environmental studies, right of way issues, traffic control, utility Engineering, <br />permitting, and other services as previously approved. <br />1.2 TASK 2 -ASSEMBLE, REVIEW AND EVALUATE EXISTING DATA <br />The Engineer will: <br />1.2.1 Assemble and review all City utility plans and studies for projects in the area including: <br />KBR-Comanche Water Transmission Main (24") Agreement <br />
