a) Final construction plans and proposed construction; and <br />b) Water and Wastewater Master Plans. <br />1.2.2 Review City Master Plan details with regard to their effect on the proposed <br />improvements including: <br />a) Transportation Master Plan; <br />b) Drainage Master Plan; <br />c) Parks Plan; and <br />d) Future Land Use Plan. <br />1.2.3 Review existing field conditions, noting locations of improvements since last field <br />surveys. <br />1.2.4 Review assembled information, including existing utility plans, field conditions, and GIS <br />maps and develop options and preferred approach to minimize any impact to proposed <br />improvement's design, construction and schedule. <br />1.2.5 Meet with City engineering, environmental, water and public works department staff to <br />establish project goals and preferences. <br />1.3 TASK 3 - PRELIMINARY DESIGN AND REPORT <br />The Engineer will: <br />1.3.1 Make contact with property owners 24 hours in advance to entering any private property. <br />The Engineer and its subconsultants will abide by all covenants and restrictions as noted in the <br />right of entry agreements. <br />1.3.2 Be responsible for notifying the appropriate utility company to coordinate proposed <br />improvements and required adjustments, if any. In addition, the Engineer will be responsible for <br />preparing plans for the adjustment, removal, or relocation of utility facilities in accordance with <br />applicable state and federal laws, regulations, rules, policies, and procedures. The Engineer will <br />include copies of correspondence with utility companies in the submittal. <br />1.3.3 Evaluate pipeline alignment as shown in the Water Distribution Master Plan and one <br />additional corridor and identify potential constraints along pipeline routes. <br />1.3.4 Develop and prepare preliminary plan and profile of recommended pipeline route. <br />1.3.5 Identify property owners and potential parcels required for water and temporary working <br />space easement(s).
