Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present <br />With a quorum present, the Regular Meeting of the San Marcos City Council was called to order <br />by Mayor Susan Narvaiz at 6:01 p.m. on Tuesday, January 5, 2010 in the Council Chambers of <br />the City of San Marcos City Hall, 630 East Hopkins, San Marcos, Texas 78666. <br />3. Executive Session <br />In accordance with the Texas Government Code §551.071-Consultation with Attorney and <br />§551.072-Deliberation Regarding Real Property, the San Marcos City Council convened into <br />Executive Session at 6:02 p.m. on Tuesday, January 5, 2010 in order to discuss matters <br />pertaining to: <br />A. Consultation with attorney regarding adult oriented businesses. <br />is B.
