A pedicab service may not operate on any public street or highway with a speed limit greater than 35 <br />miles per hour. <br />Sec. 90.206. Hours of service. • <br />No pedicab shall be operated between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. The chief of police may <br />temporarily restrict hours of service further if. in the opinion of the chief of police, conditions warrant <br />such restriction. <br />Sec. 90.207. Passenger restrictions. <br />No pedicab shall be operated transporting more than the manufacturer-recommended maximum number <br />of passengers. <br />Sec. 90.208. Standin <br />No pedicab shall stand or park on any public roadway. sidewalk, or walkway for longer than is <br />necessarv to load or unload passengers. All loading and unloading of passengers from a roadway must <br />be from a curb lane. <br />Sees. 90.208--90.220. Reserved. <br />SECTION 2. If any word, phrase, clause, sentence, or paragraph of this ordinance is held to be <br />unconstitutional or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the other provisions of this ordinance will <br />continue in force if they can be given effect without the invalid portion. <br />SECTION 3. All ordinances and resolution or parts of ordinances or resolutions in conflict with this ordinan? <br />are repealed. <br />SECTION 4. Any person violating any provision of this ordinance commits a misdemeanor and is subject to <br />the penalty provided in Section 1.015 of the San Marcos City Code upon conviction. <br />SECTION 5.
