<br />Article 1 O. <br /> <br />2.2 Subrecipient agrees to notify the City of any changes in its Statement of Work, <br />Organization and Project Budget and Project Timetable. Subrecipient will obtain approval <br />from the City prior to commencing work on any modifications made to the Statement of <br />Work. <br /> <br />2.3 Sub recipient agrees to follow the schedule outlined in Exhibit B, Project Timetable <br />of this Agreement and will promptly notify the City of any changes, delays or departure <br />from its schedule. If the Subrecipient demonstrates that a delay or departure from the <br />schedule is due to circumstances beyond its control, the City and the Subrecipient may <br />amend the Project Timetable. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 3 <br />RECORDS AND REPORTS <br /> <br />3.1 The Subrecipient will provide the City with quarterly written reports detailing the <br />actual project expenditures and project accomplishments on the form provided in the most <br />recent edition of With Strings Attached. Reports are due to City fifteen (15) days following <br />the end of the calendar quarter, i.e. <br /> <br />January15 th <br />April 15 th <br />July 15th <br />October 15th <br /> <br />Additional required reports are detailed in the With StrinGs Attached Sub-Recipient <br />Manual. <br /> <br />3.2 The Subrecipient will maintain all records of its services as outlined in Exhibit A, <br />Statement of Work for the term of this Agreement and for four years thereafter. <br /> <br />3.3 All records of the Subrecipient will be kept in an organized and Jecognizable format <br />acceptable to the City. The City, HUD and any other federal agency that may exercise <br />jurisdiction over the expenditure of CDBG Program funds will have access to any books, <br />documents, papers and records of the Subrecipient which are directly pertinent to this <br />Agreement for the purpose of making audit, examination, excerpts and transcriptions. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 4 <br />UNIFORM ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />4.1 Subrecipient will comply with the applicable uniform administrative regulations <br />published by the Office of Management and Budget (the "OMB") and the Code of Federal <br />Regulations (24 C.F.R. Section 570) as amended, as those regulations relate to the <br /> <br />3 <br />
