She stated she wants Council to fill <br />vacancies by January. 2) Rolland Hesalroad stated he has lived in San <br />Marcos for more than 10 years. He stated he feels the Council should <br />disannex the entire Southwest Annexation Area and start over. He also <br />asked for Mayor Habingreither and John Diaz's resignations, because he <br />feels they reside in an area which is no longer in the City limits. 3) <br />Tom Clendemen stated he feels the Council should disannex all the <br />Subareas. He stated since the annexation, the only service he has <br />received has been trash service twice a week instead of once a week. 4) <br />Dan Kowal stated he represents the San Marcos Bill of Rights Defense <br />Committee. He stated there will be a discussion on the U.S. Patriot Act <br />
