The hearing was postponed and reset by agreement. <br />7, After service of the notice had been perfected, the commissioners, at the time and <br />appointed, proceeded to hear the parties, all of whom announced ready for hearing. <br />Evidence was received, and argument was submitted by the parties, <br />8.
