EXHIBIT A Field Note Description 0.171 Acres A tract of land containing 0.171 acres, more or less, and being the westerly portion of a 1.83 aera tract of land conveyed to R.F. Sowell Jr., and wife Jane H. Sowell by deed dated July 1. 1955 and recorded in Volume 165, Page 254 of the Deed Records of Hays County. Texas. and bel ng more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: Beginning at an iron rod set at the northwest corner of said 1.83 acre tract, being also on the south easterly right-of-way line of L.B.J. Drive and the beginning of a curve to the left; Thence along said curve to the left, having a centraJ angle of 350 21' 02M, a raðius of 105.64 feet, a long chord bearing S 27 57' 09M W, 64.15 feet, for an arc distance of 65.18 feet to a point of tangency; Thence S 100 16' 38" W, a distance of 146.92 feet to a point on the northerl y 100 foot ri ght-of -way 11 ne of Ranch Road 12. bel ng also the southerly line of said 1.83 acre tract; Thence N 790 00' 00" W, along said northerly right-of-way line and southerly line of said 1.83 acre tract, a distance of 2.31 feet to an iron rod set at an angle point; Thence conti nui ng wi th sai d di ght-of-way 1 i ne and the southwesterly line of said 1.B3 acre tract, N 39 12' 33" W, a distance of 103.00 feet to an iron rod set at the southeasterly right-of-way 1 i ne of sai d L. B.J. Drive, being also the most westerly corner of said 1.B3 acre tract; Thence N 450 37' 40M E, along said southeasterly right-of-way line and the northwesterly line of said 1.B3 acre tract, a distance of 173.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing within these metes and bounds 0.171 acres of land, more or less.
