WILSON <br />DATED DECEMBER 15, 1967 AND RECORDED IN VOLUME 221, PAGE 232 AND LATER <br /> <br />CORRECTED IN VOLUME 255, PAGE 208 OF THE HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS, AND <br /> <br />BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at a fence corner post for the northerly west corner of the <br />McTaggart 38 acre tract, the apparent north corner as fenced of that <br />0.381 acre tract described in a deed from Jennie Wood Whaley to South- <br />western Bell Telephone Company, as recorded in Volume 124, Page 256 of <br />the Hays County Deed Records and being on the southeast line as fenced <br />of that 189 acre tract described in a deed from W. E. Logan, et ux, to <br />the State of Texas dated June 24, 1946 as recorded in Volume 135, Page <br />414 of the Hays County Deed Records, and being in the northwest line <br />of a 10 foot aerial easement granted to the Lower Colorado River <br />Authority described in Volume 224, Page 522 of the Hays County Deed <br />Records; <br /> <br />THENCE with the meanders of a fence for the common line, as fenced and <br />used upon the ground, of the State of Texas tract and the McTaggart <br />tract the following five courses: <br />1. N45°00'00"E 22BB.67 feet with the northwest line of the <br />aerial easement to a fence post for an angle point, <br />2. N13°32'17"E 275.78 feet to a fence post for an angle <br />point, <br />3. N20034'08"E 10.71 feet to a fence post for an angle <br />point, <br />4. N51°56150"E 110.63 feet to a fence post for an angle <br />point, <br />5. N5B024'35"E 147.44 feet to a fence post on the approximate <br />low bank of the San Marcos River for the north corner of <br />of this tract and the McTaggart tract; <br /> <br />THENCE with the approximate low bank of the San Marcos River the <br />following six courses: <br />1. S53°30'E 139.66 feet to an 1/2" iron rod set for an angle <br />point, pass at appro~tely 95 feet the centerline of the <br />aforereferenced LCRA easement, <br />2. S54°25'E 558.09 feet to an iron rod set, pass at <br />approximately 200 feet the common east corner of the <br />McTaggart tract and the north corner of the aforereferenced <br />Rogers D. Wilson 45 acre tract, <br />6. S13°57'E BO.23 feet to an 1/2" iron rod set for the east <br />corner of this tract; <br />
