EVALUATION <br /> <br />The primary methocl of eva1uatlon for the project wll1 be to measure various statistics and <br />performance records against our stated objectives. I n addition to Quantitative evaluation, <br />questionnaires wiH be used to help determine the effectiveness of the life skiHs workshops <br />and the tutor tra1ning workshops. Performance appraisals of the Project COOrdinator will <br />also be used to evaluate the project. <br /> <br />Individual tutors wiH be required to submit monthly reports to the Project Coordinator. <br />Tutors wi11 report on the number of students they are tutoring, the number of tutoring <br />sessions held, the number of hours spent tutoring, and student progress. fOC tutors wi11 be <br />required to submit simHar weekly reports to the Eoe which wiH be used toevaluete the <br />impæt of the project on EGC, our cooperating agency. The roc tutors will also maKe <br />monthly reports to the Project Coordinator. The Project Coordinator wll1lJe respons1b1e <br />for collecting all data from tutors. <br /> <br />In ¡rljition, the Project Coordinator wl11 record attendance at aU life ski1ls and tutor <br />training workshops and wi1l be responsible for administering the evaluative questionnaire. <br />
