<br />2) <br /> <br />h. <br /> <br />Responsibilities of the Wholesale Customer's Operating Agent <br /> <br />or, if none, the Wholesale Customer: <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Supply to the Heating and Cooling Dealers serving the <br /> <br />area the program forms. <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />Supply to the Heating and Cooling Dealers serving the <br /> <br />area advertising material to promote the program. <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />Verify, upon receipt of a request form from a dealer, <br /> <br />that the unit described is listed in either the ARI or <br /> <br />AHAM directory as having an EER of 10.0 or greater. <br /> <br />d. <br /> <br />Verify, upon notice of a completed installation, by <br /> <br />on-site visit and name plate data, that the unit listed <br /> <br />on the request form was actually installed at that <br /> <br />location. <br /> <br />e. <br /> <br />Send the completed and verified form to the Energy <br /> <br />Conservation Department at LCRA. <br /> <br />f. <br /> <br />Pay the purchaser of the equipment a minimum of fifty <br /> <br />dollars ($50) per qualified ton (rounded to the nearest <br /> <br />one-half ton). <br /> <br />This can be by check or a credit on the <br /> <br />purchaser's next power bill. <br /> <br />g. <br /> <br />Pay the installing dealers a minimum of ten dollars <br /> <br />($10) per qualified ton (each installation to be rounded <br /> <br />to the nearest one-half ton). <br /> <br />Once each month, send a report to the LCRA Energy <br /> <br />Conservation Department showing the amount of money <br /> <br />passed on to the equipment purchasers, and the amount <br /> <br />passed on to each dealer. <br />
