<br />3) <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />Responsibilities of the Installing Dealer <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Maintain a supply of the request forms from each power <br /> <br />supplier in the area. <br /> <br />b. <br /> <br />Make each potential customer aware of this program. <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />Determine the power supplier for each customer. <br /> <br />d. <br /> <br />Complete the form for the power supplier with the <br /> <br />information required. <br /> <br />e. <br /> <br />Obtain the purchaser's signature on the form. <br /> <br />f. <br /> <br />Send two copies of the form to the purchaser's power <br /> <br />supplier. <br /> <br />g. <br /> <br />Notify the purchaser's power supplier when the <br /> <br />installation is complete. <br /> <br />Qualified Equipment <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Central electric driven compressor type cooling <br /> <br />equipment with an Energy Efficiency Ratio of 10.0 or <br /> <br />greater as rated by the Air Conditioning and <br /> <br />Refrigerating Institute. <br /> <br />Central electric driven compressor type heat pump <br /> <br />equipment with a Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio of <br /> <br />10.0 or greater as rated by the Air Conditioning and <br /> <br />Refrigerating Institute. <br /> <br />c. <br /> <br />Electric driven compressor room cooling units (window <br /> <br />units) with an Energy Efficiency Ratio of 10.0 or <br /> <br />greater as rated by the Association of Home Appliance <br /> <br />Manufacturers. <br />
