1.2.1 Provide a preliminary draft of a design for the City utility bill and delinquent notice for City review and approval. 1.2.2 Develop, upon City's approval of the preliminary design, a format for the utility bill and delinquent notice documents. 1.2.3 The Contractor will provide the City with all design/amvork upon completion. 1.3 TASK 2 - ELECTRONIC FILE The Contractor will: 1.3.1 Accept and upload an electronic data file of City utility bills and delinquent notices for the Project. 1.3.2 Provide a readable electronic file in CD Rom to the City, for archival purposes which contains images of all utility bills, delinquent notices and reports generated under,this Agreement. The Contractor will provide the City with access to the Dataprose Search and Viewbill Menu, which will retain a minimum of six months of account history on-line. 1.3.3 Provide immediate on-line notification to the City verifying receipt of bill file transmission and confirmation of production of the file through access to the Dataprose DP Auto/Connect menu. 1.4 TASK 3 - PRINTING The Contractor will: 1.4.1 Print utility bills and delinquent notices within one business day from the date the electronic file is transferred to the Contractor and'ensure that all documents match City data exactly. 1.4.2 Perform a verification test of 100 utility bills and 50 delinquent notices on all transferred billing and delinquent notice files as they are generated in order to ensure acc,uracy. The Contractor will provide results of each test and related corrective action to the City after each test is conducted. The Contractor will ensure that the status of each production will be available through the Dataprose Job Trax (On-Line Project Tracking). 1.5 TASK 4 - INSERTING The Contractor will: 1.5.1 Collect any City identified inserts fi:om the City within three business days of the City's request. 2
