She stated a dump <br />truck hit her house and left the foundation and plumbing in bad shape. She <br />stated her house is unstable and only one bathroom is working. 2) Kathleen <br />Clendennen stated she wished to speak regarding Subareas D and E. She <br />stated she lives on Mountain View. She stated she moved to this area by <br />choice. She encouraged the Council to disannex Subareas D and E. 3) Carol <br />Peters stated she would like to speak regarding Item 6B, appointment of <br />Youth Commission. She stated she is a Youth Commissioner. She encouraged <br />the Council to reinstate Fabian Vasquez. She stated Mr. Corbin, Youth <br />Commission Chair, stated he would consider excusing his absences if he <br />showed an interest in serving on the Commission. <br /> <br />Mayor Habingreither introduced the Staff Report. Mr. O'Leary stated he has <br />no Report. <br /> <br /> <br />
