BGE will rely upon existing as-built information for areas adjacent to contractual project areas.Additional <br /> survey, outside of the agreed upon project area, via a supplemental contract will be submitted at the <br /> City's request. <br /> 15. Unless specifically stated otherwise, filing, review, permit, inspection, or other fees assessed by City, <br /> County, or State permitting authorities are excluded. <br /> 16. All public advertisements will be managed by the City. <br /> 17. The portion of the project outside of the County roadway project limits is locally funded and not subject <br /> to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). <br /> 18. The City will be responsible for project closeout (site walk, contractor final payment requests, substantial <br /> completion acceptance, etc.). <br /> 19. Cultural resources investigation including acquisition of an Antiquities Code Permit, cultural resources <br /> survey, an Archeological Survey Report, and/or artifact curation are not included in this scope of work. <br /> 20. All agency coordination and permitting, including, but not limited to United States Army Corps of <br /> Engineers (USACE), TCEQ,Texas Parks and Wildlife Department(TPWD), and USFW is excluded from <br /> this contract. <br /> 21. Surveys, including, but not limited to protected karst species, archeological/historical, other threatened <br /> and endangered species (presence/absence) and/or tree are not included in this project. <br /> 11 <br />
