(1) through (3): (1) S 45 degrees 19' W, 176.42 feet to a fence post. (2) S 45 degrees 31' W, 241.82 feet to a corner fence post at the Southwest corner of the said Avey 7.45 acre tract, a corner of that 51.80 acre tract of land conveyed to Stella Hageman by Narion H. vVills, et aI, by deed dated January 21, 1975, and recorded in Volume 273, Page 171, Hays County Deed Records~ (3) leaving the said Avey 7.45 acre tract with a Southeast line of the said Hageman 51.80 acre tract, S 45 degrees 55' W, 328.66 feet to an iron stake set at the base of a Cedar tree at a fence corner at a re-entrant corner of the said Hageman 51.80 acre tract, for the Southeast corner of the tract herein described; THENCE, leaving the said White Survey, with fence, a North line of the said Hageman tract, the following courses numbered (4) and (5): (4) S 75 degrees 55' W, 110.03 feet to an iron stake set at the base of an 18 inch Live Oak tree, for the most Southerly corner of the tract herein descrìbed~ (5) N 52 degrees 59' W, 153.50 feet to an iron stake found at a corner fence post at the Southeast corner of that 5.15 acre tract of land conveyed to Randall Morris by Frank Hoch by deed dated March 1, 1984 and recorded in Volume 423, Page 16, for the Southwest corner of the tract herein described~ THENCE leaving the said Hageman 51.86 acre tract, with a woven wire fence, a Southeast line of the said Morris 5.15 acre tract, the following courses numbered (6) through (9): ( 6) N 35 degrees 07' E, 306.28 feet to an iron fence post~ (7) N 31 deg rees 50' E, 150.77 feet to an iron gate post; ( 8) N 81 degrees 10' W, 19.73 feet to an iron gate post~ (9) N 10 degrees 32' E, 101.02 feet to an iron stake with an aluminum cap "Pro-Tech Eng" set on the South line of the aforementioned R.M. Highway No. 12, for the Northwest corner the tract herein described~ THENCE, leaving the said Morris 5.15 acre tract, with the South line of the said R.M. Highway No. 12, S 87 degrees 15' E, 509.28 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING containing 4.51 acres. Surveyed April 8, 1985. SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days from and after its passage and after it has been subject to reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting following its passage, and providing that the Council did not vote to reconsider it. If reconsidered on July 27, 1987, it shall be in effect ten days from and after its passage on that date if approved. It shall not go into effect if denied. If not reconsidered or if reconsidered ant approved it shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation ir the area as required by the Charter of the City of San Marcos, Texas.
