<br />SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) day
<br />from and after its passage and after it has been subject t
<br />reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting fo11nwin
<br />its passage, and providing that the Council did not vote to reconsider
<br />it. If reconsidered on July 27, 1987, it shall be in effect ten
<br />days from and after its passage on that date if approved. It shall not
<br />go into effect if denied. If not reconsidered or if reconsidered and
<br />approved it shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in
<br />the area as required by the Charter of the City of San Marcos, Texas.
