(c) The committee shall provide an annual status report to the historic <br /> preservation commission and to the city council on the progress made toward <br /> implementation of the Historic Preservation Plan's objectives. <br /> (d) The committee shall schedule and conduct two meetings annually <br /> as necessary to complete the above-referenced tasks. <br /> (e) The committee has no responsibility to advise the historic <br /> preservation commission or the city council regarding specific land use decisions. <br /> (f) If the committee decides to solicit community input regarding a <br /> matter within the scope of its duties it shall accept public comments for a period <br /> of 30 dUs. <br /> SECTION 3. In codifying the changes and additions authorized by this ordinance, <br /> paragraphs,sections,and subsections may be renumbered and reformatted as appropriate consistent <br /> with the numbering and formatting of the San Marcos City Code <br /> SECTION 4. If any word,phrase, clause, sentence, or paragraph of this ordinance is held <br /> to be unconstitutional or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the other provisions of this <br /> ordinance <br /> will continue in force if the be given effect without the invalid portion. <br /> SECTION 5. All ordinances and resolutions or parts of ordinances or resolutions in <br /> conflict with this ordinance are repealed. <br /> SECTION 6.
