-26- PART 55. That Section 37(A) subsections (4), (5), (6), (9), (18), and (24) are repealed and the following are adopted in their respective places: (4) All other schools: 1 space for each classroom plus 1 for each 15 students. ( 5) Libraries, laboratories, and student centers: for each 300 square feet of floor area. 1 space (6 ) Dormitories, fraternity buildings, and sorority buildings: 1 space per person capacity of permanent sleeping facilities. Buildings used by a fraternity or sorority primarily as a place of group assembly, and not providing permanent lodging facilities for all members, shall require 1 off-street parking space per 50 square feet of floor area used for such assembly purposes, excluding bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and storage areas. . . . (9) Theaters, auditoriums, churches, assembly halls, sports arenas, stadiums: 1 space for each four (4) seats of capacity in the main auditorium, sanctuary, or other area containing fixed seating. (18) Day care center or pre-elementary school: 1 space per 300 square feet of gross floor area, plus a driveway providing separate points of ingress and egress to the premises and having a length sufficient for temporary parking of at least 3 vehicles whereby the temporary parking spaces do not block access to the other required off-street parking spaces. . . . (24) Unclassified use: When a proposed land use is not classified herein, the parking requirements will be based on the minimum standard which applies to a specified use which is most closely related to the proposed land use, as determined by the Director of Planning. PART 56. That in the second paragraph of Section 37(B)(1) (n), the letter "D" is deleted and "C" is substituted for it. PART 57. That in the first paragraph of Section "(72.5)" is deleted and "(65)" is substituted for it. 39(E) PART 58. That Exhibit D is repealed. PART 59. That Section 40(C)(8) 40(C)(9) is renumbered 40(C)(8). is repealed and Section PART 60. That Section 41(4) is repealed and the following is adopted in its place: Section 41. Enforcements and remedies. (D) Any use not specifically permitted in a zoning district is prohibited and is a violation of the General Zoning Ordinance. Any violation of any provision of this ordinance is a misdemeanor. Upon conviction violators shall be subject to a fine of not less than two hundred dollars ($200.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00). Each day shall be a separate violation.
