<br />-26- <br /> <br />PART 55. That Section 37(A) subsections (4), (5), (6), (9), <br />(18), and (24) are repealed and the following are adopted in their <br />respective places: <br /> <br />(4) <br /> <br />All other schools: 1 space for each classroom plus 1 <br />for each 15 students. <br /> <br />( 5) <br /> <br />Libraries, laboratories, and student centers: <br />for each 300 square feet of floor area. <br /> <br />1 space <br /> <br />(6 ) <br /> <br />Dormitories, fraternity buildings, and sorority <br />buildings: 1 space per person capacity of permanent <br />sleeping facilities. Buildings used by a fraternity or <br />sorority primarily as a place of group assembly, and not <br />providing permanent lodging facilities for all members, <br />shall require 1 off-street parking space per 50 square <br />feet of floor area used for such assembly purposes, <br />excluding bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and storage <br />areas. <br /> <br />. . . <br /> <br />(9) <br /> <br />Theaters, auditoriums, churches, assembly halls, sports <br />arenas, stadiums: 1 space for each four (4) seats of <br />capacity in the main auditorium, sanctuary, or other <br />area containing fixed seating. <br /> <br />(18) Day care center or pre-elementary school: 1 space per <br />300 square feet of gross floor area, plus a driveway <br />providing separate points of ingress and egress to the <br />premises and having a length sufficient for temporary <br />parking of at least 3 vehicles whereby the temporary <br />parking spaces do not block access to the other required <br />off-street parking spaces. <br /> <br />. . . <br /> <br />(24) Unclassified use: When a proposed land use is not <br />classified herein, the parking requirements will be <br />based on the minimum standard which applies to a <br />specified use which is most closely related to the <br />proposed land use, as determined by the Director of <br />Planning. <br /> <br />PART 56. That in the second paragraph of Section <br />37(B)(1) (n), the letter "D" is deleted and "C" is substituted for <br />it. <br /> <br />PART 57. That in the first paragraph of Section <br />"(72.5)" is deleted and "(65)" is substituted for it. <br /> <br />39(E) <br /> <br />PART 58. <br /> <br />That Exhibit D is repealed. <br /> <br />PART 59. That Section 40(C)(8) <br />40(C)(9) is renumbered 40(C)(8). <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />repealed <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />PART 60. That Section 41(4) is repealed and the following is <br />adopted in its place: <br /> <br />Section 41. Enforcements and remedies. <br /> <br />(D) Any use not specifically permitted in a zoning district <br />is prohibited and is a violation of the General Zoning Ordinance. <br />Any violation of any provision of this ordinance is a <br />misdemeanor. Upon conviction violators shall be subject to a fine <br />of not less than two hundred dollars ($200.00) nor more than one <br />thousand dollars ($1,000.00). Each day shall be a separate <br />violation. <br />
