<br />-27- <br /> <br />PART 61. Severability Clause: If any section, part, word, <br />phrase, clause or sentence or any provision of this amending <br />ordinance is declared unconstitutional or invalid, then, in that <br />event, it is expressly provided and it is the intention of the <br />governing body in passing this amending ordinance that all other <br />parts of this amending ordinance shall not be affected thereby and <br />shall remain in force and effect. <br /> <br />PART 62. Savings Clause: All sections, parts, words, <br />phrases, clauses, sentences or provisions of the San Marcos <br />General Zoning Ordinance which are repealed by this amending <br />ordinance shall remain valid and enforceable with regard to any <br />violation of any section, part, word, phrase, clause, sentence or <br />provision hereby repealed, if such violation occurred prior to the <br />effective date of this amending ordinance. <br /> <br />PART 63.
