(100). <br /> <br />Duplex: A building designed for or occupied exclusively <br />by two (2) families living independently of each other. <br />A duplex sharing a lot with other residentially used <br />structures shall fall under the definition of multiple <br />dwelling unit and shall not be considered a duplex for <br />the purpose of this ordinance. <br /> <br />Multiple: A total of three or more dwelling units <br />one or more buildings on a single lot or tract. <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />Family: Any number of individuals living together as a <br />single household in a dwelling unit, except as otherwise limited <br />in the district regulations. <br /> <br />Fraternal building: Meeting facilities for the members and <br />guests of a social club, organization or association, but not <br />including residential facilities or sleeping quarters. <br /> <br />Fraternity or sorority building: Any building occupied and <br />maintained by a social association of college students and <br />containing group living quarters where, for compensation and by <br />prearrangement for definite periods, meal and/or lodging are <br />provided for members of the organization and their guests. The <br />office or headquarters of a professional, business, or other <br />fraternal organization shall be considered an office for the <br />purposes of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />Hospital: A public or private institution or place where <br />physically or mentally ill or disabled persons are provided <br />supervised health care on an in-patient basis. <br /> <br />Lot frontage: <br /> <br />The length of the front lot line. <br /> <br />Lot width: The horizontal distance between <br />lines of a lot, located at the building setback <br />required front yard, and measured as a straight line <br />to a line connecting the mid-points of the front lot <br />lot line. <br /> <br />the side lot <br />line of the <br />perpendicular <br />line and rear <br /> <br />Manufactured .. home: A structure constructed or manufactured <br />off-site as a dwelling and delivered in one or more components to <br />the site for installation or assembly.
