THENCE N27 degrees 18W 350.28 feet to a point, passing the southwest face of the concrete floor of the Concession Area at 124.50 feet to 224.78 feet; THENCE N22 degrees 41E 405.70 feet to a point for the north corner of this tract on the northeast line of the 150.82 acre tract and on the southwest PuIs line; THENCE S44 degrees 27E 794.29 feet with the common line of 150.82 acre tract and the PuIs tract to the PLACE OF BEGINNING. There being contained within these metes and bounds 15.00 acreE of land area as prepared from public records and from surveYE made on the ground under the direction of James E. Byrn, R.P.C.E. Number 28789. SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days from and after its passage and after it has been subject to reconsideration by the Council at its next regular meeting following its passage, and providing that the Council did not vote to reconsider it. If reconsidered on August 10, 1987, it shall be in effect ten days from and after its passage on that date if approved. It shall not go into effect if denied. If not reconsidered or if reconsidered and approved it shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in the area as required by the Charter of the City of San Marcos, Texas.
