<br />CHAPTER 7 <br /> <br />NEPOTISM POLICIES <br /> <br />In conformance with the provisions of any applicable Federal, State or <br />City laws, regulations or administrative policies/procedures, the City <br />of San Marcos will endeavor to provide equal employment opportunity for <br />all individuals. <br /> <br />However, organizational regulations which set reasonable restrictions <br />on an individual's capacity to function as judge or supervisor in <br />specific situations involving a member of his or her immediate family <br />are permissible so long as such restrictions do not have the effect of <br />discriminating against minorities or either sex. <br /> <br />-9- <br />
