Harper, et aI, to Tetco, Inc. dated March 22,1983 and recorded in Volume 390, Page 542 of the Hays County Deed Records being in the northwest line of F.M. Hwy No. 2439; THENCE along the common northwest line of F.M. Hwy No. 2439 and the southeast line of the 82.06 acre tract, the following two courses: 1. N45 degrees 42'39"E 305.85 feet to a Texas Highway Department concrete monument found at Engineer's Station 126+03.9 and 2. N46 degrees 54'30"E 442.~6 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
