He stated he feels the Bill of <br />Rights is under attack. He encouraged the Council to pass a Resolution in <br />defense of the Bill of Rights. <br /> <br />Mayor Habingreither introduced the Staff Report. Mr. O'Leary stated the <br />Sights & Sounds Gala will be held Wednesday, December 3, 2003, at 6:00 <br />p.m. at the Activity Center. He also stated there will be a ticket for <br />each Council Member at the door. <br /> <br /> <br />
