HISTORIC PRESERVATION PLAN OVERSIGHT <br /> COMMITTEE <br /> Sec.2.370.24. Historic preservation plan oversight committee; established; <br /> composition; appointment of members. <br /> (a) There is hereby established a historic preservation plan oversight <br /> committee. The committee is composed of seven members, one of which shall <br /> be the Chairperson of the Historic Preservation Commission. <br /> (b) The committee should include members representative of key nonprofit <br /> groups including, but not limited to, the Calaboose African American History <br /> Museum, Centro Cultural Hispano de San Marcos, Council for the Indigenous <br /> & Tejano Community,Dunbar Heritage Association,Heritage Association of <br /> San Marcos, Indigenous Cultures Institute, and Texas State University. <br /> (c) Members shall be residents of the city unless they are named as a <br /> City of San Marcos Page 11 <br />
