<br />A. <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br />RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ELECTRIC SERVICE <br /> <br />Installations on CUstomer's Prem~ <br /> <br />Meters. Transformers and Other Eau~Ðment <br /> <br />All meters, transformers, regulators, services, fixtures, <br />etc., which are installed by the City upon the customer' s <br />premises for the purpose of delivering electricity to the <br />customer remain the property of the ci ty and may be re- <br />paired, replaced or removed by the City at any time. <br /> <br />No rent or other charge whatsoever will be made by the <br />customer against the city for placing or maintaining said <br />meters, transformers, regulators, fixtures, etc., upon the <br />customer's premises. <br /> <br />Installations <br /> <br />All service meters installed on the customer's premises <br />shall be located either at a point where the service enters <br />the building, or at a point adjacent to the front or rear <br />property line so as to be accessible at all times for in- <br />specting, reading and testing. <br /> <br />When it is necessary to install a transformer vault on the <br />customer's premises, the City reserves the right to require <br />the customer to furnish and maintain said vault at custom- <br />er's expense in accordance with the city's standards. <br /> <br />The City reserves the right to refuse to render service to <br />any applicant or to any customer where such service will <br />affect service rendered to city's other customers adversely, <br />or where, in the City's judgement, the wiring or electrical <br />equipment to be served is hazardous. <br />
