<br />A. <br /> <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br />RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ELECTRIC SERVICE <br /> <br />Payment of Bills <br /> <br />PaYment <br /> <br />Bills for service will be based upon the metered consumption <br />as billed under the applicable rate schedule. They will be <br />rendered at regular intervals, and are due and payable <br />within fifteen (15) days from the date of issuance of the <br />bill. The customer will pay the net amount of the bill if <br />paid on or before the due date. All other bills are due on <br />presentation. <br /> <br />Payments of charges for connection or reconnection of ser- <br />vice and payments of initial deposits or reinstated deposits <br />as required under the Rules and Regulations of the City <br />shall be made before service will be connected or reconnec- <br />ted. <br /> <br />For other information concerning assistance in paying a <br />bill, customers should contact the City's electric utility <br />office. <br />
